What can I do before paying?
Set up your real team, sync a schedule, add your roster and opponents, upload stats, save five manual plays, generate one complete scouting report, import one play with AI, and track one full game. No card is required.
Is AI included?
Yes. Every paid plan includes normal coaching use of AI scouting, self-scout, and playbook tools. There is no credit math or per-report surprise charge. Automated bulk use and account sharing outside your Program are not included.
What counts as a Program?
One boys, girls, or coed basketball umbrella at a school or club, including its Varsity, JV, Frosh, or age-group Teams on the Program plan. A second gender or a different sport needs a separate subscription.
Can my school pay by purchase order or invoice?
Absolutely. School purchasing is normal. Email support@ballcoach.ai for a W-9, purchase order help, tax-exemption handling, or an invoice.
Can I change plans or cancel?
You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so your staff keeps access through the date already paid.
What happens to our work if we cancel?
Your existing reports, plays, and games remain readable. New premium generation, collaboration, and branded exports pause. Your raw data remains exportable and you can request deletion.
How many coaches can I add?
Individual is a single-coach plan. Program includes your whole staff across Varsity, JV, and Frosh — head coaches, assistants, statisticians, and team managers — at no per-seat charge. Invite them from Settings → Staff once you're on Program.
Are taxes included?
Listed prices exclude any tax Ball Coach is legally required to collect. Checkout shows the final total before payment.

Verified members receive 15% off their first year on any base plan, monthly or annual. Email support@ballcoach.ai for your code or school purchasing help.
