Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Ball Coach AI, including our websites, applications, reports, playbook tools, live statistics, and related services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be able to form a binding agreement. If you use Ball Coach for a school, district, club, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. Player and guardian access must be authorized through the applicable Program workflow.

Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. A subscription applies only to the Program scope shown at purchase. You may not share credentials outside that Program, resell access, evade seat limits, or let another organization use your subscription.

Program owners control staff access and are responsible for roster, athlete, schedule, scouting, and statistical data submitted by their users. Notify support promptly of unauthorized access or a change in the person responsible for billing.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance at the total displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval unless canceled before renewal. Taxes may be added where required. Stripe processes payments and provides receipts and invoice history.

Upgrades and added seats may take effect immediately with prorated charges or credits shown before confirmation. Downgrades, seat reductions, and annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the next renewal after applicable constraints are satisfied. Cancellation takes effect at period end; access continues through the paid term.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, paid fees are nonrefundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@ballcoach.ai promptly. School invoices, purchase orders, tax-exemption documents, and W-9 requests are handled through that address and may have separately agreed payment terms.

The free preview provides limited successful uses described on the Pricing page. Preview allowances are not cash value and may not be combined, transferred, or repeatedly recreated through duplicate Programs or accounts.

Paid AI features are intended for ordinary coaching use. You may not automate bulk generation, scrape or extract the service at scale, abuse model providers, circumvent technical limits, benchmark the service for a competing product without permission, or use generated materials for resale. We may investigate unusual use and apply reasonable protections after notice when practical.

Ball Coach is a coaching workflow tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular team or athlete. Coaches must review reports, diagrams, recommendations, and statistics before relying on or sharing them.

You remain responsible for playing-time, safety, eligibility, disciplinary, medical, educational, and other decisions. Do not use Ball Coach as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a student or athlete.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ball Coach a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have authority to provide the content, including athlete information, film-derived materials, and third-party statistics.

Ball Coach and its licensors own the service, software, design, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service during your authorized access period. Previously issued public share links may remain accessible until revoked or expired.

Do not use the service unlawfully; upload malicious code; probe or disrupt security; impersonate others; harass athletes or staff; submit content you lack rights to use; reverse engineer protected portions; remove notices; or use the service to build biometric, medical, gambling, recruiting-compliance, or other regulated profiles without an independent lawful basis and our written approval.

We may suspend access needed to prevent harm, address security risk, comply with law, or investigate a material violation. When feasible, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.

We work to keep Ball Coach reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product improves. We will not materially reduce a paid plan during its current term without a reasonable replacement, credit, or termination option, except when required for security, law, or third-party platform changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not allow all warranty exclusions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ball Coach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data. Ball Coach’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected Program during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel billing through the secure billing portal. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects paid use, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions, cancellation help, billing disputes, or legal notices may be sent to support@ballcoach.ai.
