Built from drills a Ball Coach staff coach approved for use. A planning aid, not a tested program and not medical or safety advice: you decide what suits your players. Ball Coach AI

How this works

It picks warm-up, skill, team and (with time) situation drills from the Ball Coach drill bank, but only ones a staff coach reviewed and approved for use. A drill is used as written when it fits your players, baskets, court and coaches. It is used with its own adjustment (for example, one basket or fewer than eight players) only when that adjustment covers exactly what you're short; a general 'make it easier' note doesn't count, so those drills are left out. Block minutes and the transitions between them add up to your practice length exactly, with each block within about 60% to 160% of its drill's usual time; if the drills that fit can't fill the time, the open minutes are shown instead of stretching a drill. The sheet shows each drill's title, time, needs, equipment and coaching points. It is a planning aid built from a fixed set of drills, not a tested program, and not medical or safety advice.

  • 30–180 minute practices, 1–30 players, 1–8 baskets, 1–8 coaches
  • Only staff-approved drills are used (not the whole drill bank); with few players or one basket, fewer drills fit
  • A group larger than a drill's maximum uses that drill only if its own adjustment says how
  • Prints on one page for a typical session; a very long one continues on a second page. The full setup and instructions for each drill are not part of this sheet
